I am Sébastien Hillaire, senior software engineer within the Frostbite engine team at Electronic Arts. My main focus area is rendering, pushing for visual quality, high performance and great workflows.

Previously, I was rendering engineer at Criterion and Dynamixyz. I obtained my PhD in Computer Science from the French National Institute of Applied Science in 2010, during which I conducted research on using gaze tracking to enhance virtual reality user experiences.
